Review content:
Tried to order an ice-cream pie/cake, the phone was answered by an unenthusiastic mumbler - I stated that I'd like to order a pie/cake (having been told I should order via phone when I stopped by in person) and the phone was PLACED ON THE COUNTER - for the next 5 minutes, I listened to the employees continue their banter and chat with the occasional customer. No one ever picked the phone back up. When I tried to call back - if only to register a complaint with the manager - the line was (unsurprisingly) BUSY. With customer-service like this, I don't care what their ice cream tastes like. I'll take my business ANYWHERE else.
