I purchased a new home and went to Amundsons for all my new appliances. Not only did the appliances show up over two weeks late but after only three weeks my washer broke on me. The parts took another two weeks to come in and then when they were finally installed it did not fix the problem. I called and spoke with the manager of there Eau Claire location and requested that it be replaced as it was only three weeks old. Not only did he deny the request he was VERY rude to me and stated he would order more parts. Another week and finally they got the machine running. Then two months later it broke again (same part), I again asked it be replaced and got the same response. They got it working again about a week later. Now one month out of warranty and here I am with a broken machine and they say to bad it's out of warranty. I will never step foot in there door again and you should think twice before even considering purchasing anything from these people.
