Don't store your items at Fortress Mini Storage in Vancouver, WA!!! I stored some stuff there for about 6 months. I went into their office on my last day there and told them I was totally moved out which they made a note of in their computer. They then proceeded to bill my credit card for an additional 6 months?!! When I realized this I called them up and they refused to give me a refund?!! They said their computer had crashed recently and they lost a bunch of records......including my record showing that I was no longer storing items there. They said the best they could do was give me a 2-month refund??!!! Very poor customers service. Avoid this place!!!!!!! John M. December 2011
