I had an emergency while visiting Silverdale. My laptop died. I needed it for a very important meeting on Monday and it was Saturday afternoon. I called around and every computer business I called told me to call Rich at Northwest Computers in Bremerton. I did and told him my problem, he said no problem just bring it in and he would take care of it. I brought it in at 4:30 PM on Saturday and told him how fast I needed it. He took it and said he would call me Sunday even though he is not open on Sunday. He contacted me at 8 PM Saturday and said it was done and I could come in on Sunday to pick it up. I did and used it at my meeting on Monday. This is the best place I have ever been. A+++++++ highly recommend them.
Pros: Friendly and knowlegable.
Cons: Need to be in more citys and states.
