Review content:
I went in recently and ordered a short latte. I noticed that I was charged for two shots. Not wanting that much caffeine, I ask if the short lattes come with two shots normally, and am told that they do not. Nothing else from the cashier at that moment, and I ask, ""Is it the same price for two shots?"" ""No,"" is what I'm told, but there is no move on her part to offer me or give me a refund. While 60 cents may not be a lot of money, I can't understand not even the gesture to take care of having overcharged me. I don't kow how to read this - arrogance, casualness. While I like this spot, I am really thinking of not coming back.
Pros: Usually good coffee; good scones
