My wife took my Swiss Military watch in for a battery replacement, which they charged $13.00 bucks to replace. Now that's not a whole lot of money but they messed up the alignment on the stopwatch. They said ""Do you know how to fix it? If you have the manual, it might tell you how. We have a bunch of Swiss watches but they are all different. Good luck.""
Are you kidding me? You mess up my watch and tell me good luck getting it fixed!?!? What a joke.
I spend 15 minutes messing around with my watch and figured it out but I will never be back. What kind of a business doesn't stand behind their work? If I could figure it out in 15 minutes, they should have been able to do it in just a few minutes with all their experience.
I will never go back and recommend nobody else going there either.
