Was having a lot of problems with the air conditioning on my Nissan. Took it to 4 or 5 different shops and they all gave me a different story, with estimated costs of 1K to up to 3K?!! All this, without any guarantee that the problem would or COULD be fixed! Totally felt like I was taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars. Finally, I stopped by Hawk's and felt like I was getting the real deal. They weren't 100% sure of the problem before they started, but gave me some honest probabilities of what it could be and what it might cost so I could actually make an educated decision myself. I did decide to leave my car with them and it was exactly as they thought and cost me half of what I expected to pay. Ever since then, I've been taking all of our family cars for checkups and tuneups and couldn't be happier with the work.
