I THINK THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER... I GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT LAST TUESDAY AND I TOTALED MY CAR. I ASKED AMERICAN TOWING TO TOW MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT AUTO BODY SHOP. THEY WERE WILLING TO WRITE A CHECK RIGHT THEN AND THERE FOR THERE TOWING, THE GUY THAT TOWED MY CAR TALKED TO MY FATHER ABOUT THE CAR AND TOWING IT TO THE LOT I WANTED AND THEN AFTER MY DAD HUNG UP THE PHONE THE GUY TOWING THE CAR TOTALLY LIED TO ME AND SAID THAT MY DAD TOLD TO SIGN A RELEASE OF AMERICAN TOWING IMPOUNDING MY CAR... ME AND MY FATHER WENT TO AMERICAN TOWING TO LOOK AT THE CAR AND MY FATHER PICKED ME UP FROM THE SCENE AND THE RECEPTIONIST STARTED SWEARING AT US SAYING GET YOUR FAT A** OUT OF MY OFFICE AND JUST BEING PLAIN OUT RUDE... THEY WOULD NOT LET ME GET THE KEYS TO MY OWN CAR AND THEY ALSO WOULD LET ME GET ANYTHING OUT OF MY CAR AND SOME OF THE STUFF I NEEDED AND THEY TOLD ME NO. SO I JUST HOPE PEOPLE THINK BEFORE THEY USE THIS TOWING COMPANY BECAUSE LIKE I SAID THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
