Where do I start....I had a bridal shower for my daughter this past saturday June 11, 2011. the private room stayed warm, I made menu cards to help the waitress and she totally dismissed this, the food came out and it had cold fried, hard bread, salad missing items, raw meat served to one of the bridesmaids. The food was an embarrassment to me for my guest. When one of my guest nicely asked to take her food off of my bill because she could not eat it was the top. I took several plates and complained. I asked the waitress to ask the owner to come in and ask all my guests and he never did. The owner said that since the guests either ate some fries and took bites from the sandwiches he was not going to discount anything. I told him that my guest were hungry especially after sitting in a warm room for over an hour and they were all trying to be nice and not complain about food that they were not paying for, that I was paying for. The cheesecake was suppose to feed 20-23 people, it came out with 12 slices. I complained more and another cheesecake was brought out. I had to pick up plates because they were just left on the table. After my guests left and the bill came I had to say my peace with the owner. He saved the plates I brought to him and again I showed him the brown, greesy fries Cafesitos served my guests. I reminded him of the hard bread Cafesitos served on the sandwiches. I reminded him of th missing items from the salads. He credited me $10. I also reminded him of the bridesmaids food that was given to her raw and never replaced. Yes one of the bridesmaids did not eat at all. He credited me $10. I also reminded him of my salad. He credit me $6.95. This was is a joke. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE, THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THE OWNER IS ARROGANT. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY AT CAFESITOS, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Donna, mother of the bride
