They say when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Not with Marie-Louise, she bails on you. At least that is what she did with me. She says she has too much business, but the reality is she couldn't take the fact that she left me hanging with a bad mediation agreement so figured she would cut her losses. It is her character and not mine - but not a good way to treat your clients and customers.
