The people at Home Theater Gallery were extremely responsive. They have always been responsive with follow-up visits and requirements. Everything works great! With any technology, they are always some glitches, but I have never had problems where Home Theater Gallery had to come back and fix it. I met the people at Home Theater Gallery, demo'd some of their products, and got a bid. All of this was better than the other choices I had!
