Review content:
I recently purchased a remote car starter from Sound & Visions LLC, with the agreement that they would install it on my wife's car as a christmas gift. The person that I dealt with seemed friendly and knowledgable on the phone and their on site service appeared to be very customer friendly.\r Unfortunately, I discovered the hard way why they had an appointment that fit my very busy work schedule. (I scheduled the work weeks in advance to ensure that the job would go smoothly and be a successful suprise Christmas gift for my wife).\r Just prior to the appointment, the technician called and requested a reschedule of appointment, then arrived late, did not complete the work, and has never returned to finish the job. I scheduled a follow up appointment with him to complete the work. I took a second day off of work and arranged to have my wife's car, in an effort to keep the suprise gift concept intact. He never showed up at all.\r Despite repeated phone calls and messages, he has never completed the work and the remote car starter still does not work correctly.\r Imagine giving your wife a fairly expensive Christmas gift that ""Doesn't Work""!!!\r My advice is: Pass over this business and take the time to locate a reputable and reliable installer.\r \r
