This is the worst surgical center I have ever been to. The place is disgusting! As soon as you walk up the dirty stairs and smell the mold, it should be your first warning to run the other way. Once you get to the third floor (where the office is at) and you see how truly horrible this place really is. The staff is very unprofessional and RUDE! They dress like if it was a strip club. The doctor there is like 200 years old and is being sued, he did my breast augmentation and they look horrible. I had to pay twice as much to get them fixed. My nipples were pointing in different directions, one to the floor and the other to the ceiling. Before the surgery, my breast were both the same. The Peruvian girl in the front office (MANAGER) couldn't even speak English properly. She was being very unprofessional, while I was filling out the financial paperwork her cellphone kept ringing, it sounded like she was arguing with someone. I know enough about medical offices to know that PATIENT PRIVACY is a must, well not with that lady, I just hope she didn't put my personal business out there.
The surgical suite is on the second floor and it's just as bad as the other two floors. The smell is overpowering. Especially the MOLD smell. The room where I stayed at had blood on the walls and the floors were dirty. The medical assistant Joanna poked my arm like eight times to try to put the IV. I have never had anyone poke me so much to try to find my veins, they practically pop out. I had balls so big on my arms I couldn't even bend at the elbow. My overall experience at All Beauty Center in Santa Ana was the worst possible experience ever. If anyone decides to have surgery there, please ask them for a tour of the facility so you can see for yourself. From one human being to another ""PLEASE BEWARE""!
