Nathan's Living Spirit Yoga Teacher Training was incredible! I am so thankful for the opportunity. \r \r When I decided embark on the teacher training journey in 2008, I didn't know exactly what to expect. I just knew that Nathan was the best yoga teacher I'd ever had (creative and masterful in his sequencing, and a very sincere, warm, good-humored, experienced, and dedicated yogi himself). I always left his studio after shavasana feeling amazing at peace. So when I heard about his upcoming teacher training I knew that I needed to do it. And I am so grateful I did. It brought me into a deeper connection to and awareness of body, mind, and spirit than ever would have imagined. Of course I learned how do poses correct anatomical alignment and teach others to do the same, but that was just the surface. More than that, I gained an awareness of self and peace in the present. The YTT experience has stayed with me ever since (whether going about day-to-day activities, teaching yoga to high school students, or engaging in my personal practice). I have practiced at many studios both before and after Nathan's YTT, and I can honestly say there is no studio I would recommend more highly than Living Spirit Yoga!\r
