Jenie, I'm sorry you had such a horrible experience here. However, I have never had anything but the most positive experiences here; the food is always delicious and you have many dining options....do you choose the Yakitori items and munch? Or do you want to go with the traditional food so common in Japan, such as ramen, udon, tempura, teriyaki, etc.? You plenty of options! I would steer clear of any of their sushi related items though...they are not the best; but then again, that is not what Kappo Honda is known for. Word of advice, for large parties, they will not split checks (they do accept credit/debit, but cash will make things easier) and if your group orders off the yakitori menu, it can get rather hard to figure out the final bill...a suggestion to solve that problem...bring blank sheets of paper and keep track of what you order on them, then when the bill comes, ask for a menu and tally up your portion. Pros: Wide menu of Yakitori as well as traditional Japanese dishes Cons: Long waits are the norm here unless you make a reservation
