All right, the first impression about this place won't be bad. The staff is courteous; they'll treat you well and will the doc. But, all that glitters is not gold.
I remember my first visit to this doc; in my very first visit she said I had 9 small cavities that needed to be filled. My reaction: are you kidding me? I have never felt any pain or anything why should I be getting anything done unnecessarily? Six months later I returned for another routine exam the hygienist asked why I didn't get the cavities treated? I shared that some of my friends have got it done and they feel their teeth were better before than they were after the filling (UNNECESSARY FILLING is a better word!) The doctor was called in and it is now that I get to see the real face of the doc and staff! According to the doc the number of cavities had increased to 11 from 9 ( why not all 32??) she was so so rude and harsh about my not getting the filling done. OMG! and then started the verbal blackmail..""if you don't trust us; you should visit another dentist. we are not making money out of this.""..this that bla-bla! horribly horrible. She didn't let go until I fixed an appointment with her . 4 sittings for 3 teeth each at a time. This lady will keep digging your tooth talking to her assistant and if you complain of pain she'll tell you she knows what she's doing (sixth sense may be!) . Don't forget to check your medical bills received from your insurance and this dental care; they could charge you for an extra tooth too. Yes, they did that too and it took me 8 months to get that corrected because neither the doc nor the staff bothered to correct it even after multiple requests. I kept getting pending statements for months at length with no one to listen to and work on their mistakes.
