Review content:
In my experience I wouldn’t do business with them again. They will be very nice at first and act like they will help you in anyway. Once it gets to the point where they will owe you money they won’t pay.
They came and took my van to check why the transmission, which had been rebuilt by my daughter and grandson after my son who is ASE certified had a terrible ATV accident and couldn’t continue fixing it, didn’t work. During such time we were called on April fools day and told that we could come and get the vehicle and that it would only be $177. We got there and were told they called the wrong customer and wasn’t even a bit of being sorry for the mix up. Once we found out it was going to cost $1300 plus, we told them we couldn’t afford that. They offered to fix the van and sell it to recoup the money for them and give us an amount we asked for. My mother signed the papers and the title over and was offered some money then and there, or she could wait until that evening and he should have more money to give to her because he was expecting payment from another customer. Supposedly other customer never showed and he still hasn’t paid a dime to us. Randy obviously doesn’t understand don’t offer if you don’t plan to follow through. Now he will not even contact us. We have called and written just about every day. He still has vehicle and we still have nothing.
