Review content:
An FMI Unvented Room Heater model 18-VTC which we had purchased through Sears broke and I called to get parts. FMI referred me to three oother companies since the company they had bought the parts from had gone bankrupt. The other companies asked for part numbers. I called FMI back and was told they have no records/shop manuals or any other information about this fireplace. The lack of support is appalling!
