After looking into options in Austin for shutters we decided to go with Southern Shutters at the end. We felt that the product was way superior to whats offered by the likes of ""budget blinds"", ""affordable blinds"", while the price was right. \r
The thing that really stood out is that these people really do care about their customers. When we had a slight warp in one of the shutters we informed them and they were willing to come right out. We had to cancel the appointment, and they kept up with the issue even when we completely forgot about it.
