I had a horrible experience with Pizza Vera! I work at a hotel and placed my order at 7:15pm for a delivery and was given a wait time of 45 min to an hour. Pizza Vera closes at 9:00pm at approximately 8:45pm we called and were put on hold several times and were finally told that we weren't getting our order, we would be refunded our money. My co-worker went to the location and had to beat on the door where she was being laughed at and finally the manager came in to close out the shift and he gave her our food for free. I spoke with the manager who had a very nonchalant attitude and never apologized for the experience. I was extremely displeased and will never order from here again!
