If you're looking for a spot in Alexandria to look out onto the water and munch on whatever, Mai Thai will handle just that for you. But don't expect amazing Tha food here; they do offer classic dishes like Pad Thai and Panang Curry, which are good but not ""wow""worthy. Their Drunken Noodles are fairly solid - spicy, plenty of noodles, but could use more veggies and meat (or tofu). Avoid the bitter Thai iced coffee and just go for the Thai iced tea. Alcoholic drinks are cheap, but like the food, not great. Service is good here, however, and they can accommodate large groups.
Pros: Nice views of the river, good service
Cons: Can find better Thai elsewhere
