Walking up to this store, it will make you women who love to shop get all giddy inside. The store is beautiful. Its always decorated nicely and has gorgeous merchandise. Handbags, boutique clothing, high end gifts such as candles, knick knacks, etc. make this store something to die for. However, the customer service is so horrible, and that is why I have to rate it so low. Its rare for most customers to even be acknowledged when entering and even after shopping for 30 minutes. And this isn't just from the saleswomen, as the owner acts the same way. He has been in business for quite a while in La Habra and you think he would have learned something about customer service. If you can do without courteous treatment, then you will like this store. If you expect to at least feel like you aren't invisible, then steer clear.
