Giovanna diffidently has some great skill. She knows what she's doing. I just wish that she had been a little more considerate about personal preference. I returned after several successful appointments and was in the process of growing out my short hair. I like soft and volume type hair cuts, Giovanna from past cuts knew this. But the last time I went in the cut I left with was very textured, and was a nice cut for a magazine, but it wasn't what I was comfortable with. I felt she was a little insensitive when I told her I wasn't sure about the cut and her response was that she knew I like my hair clean and straight but this was the new big look and I just had to change my perspective. I had my hair re-cut by another salon and was a little upset because all my hair growth had to be cut to take out the layers. I will say that Atelier salon did give me my money back without a fight and even though I didn't care for my hair cut everyone else liked it. So like I said she does great hair just make sure to take the time to discuss what you want and you should be fine.
