I have to admit that it was a bit of a struggle to get me to step foot in a fancy salon! I used to think they were overpriced and that great clips could do the same for less. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I went to Atelier on a friend's recommendation, and I was blown away! Each girl specializes in either cutting or coloring, so they really are experts. They have a talent that you just don't see anywhere else, at least in the Des Moines area. I have been there twice now, and each time I walked away with a completely different, unique, and amazing look! The atmosphere is so friendly and upscale - it reminded me of a French boudoire. I felt pampered and special by all the girls. Michele spent so much more time and effort on my color than anyone else ever has to get it just perfect. And Tiffany made my cut and style look totally glam! It was so much more than a hair cut! I felt like a movie star! And best of all, Tiffany shows you how to get the look yourself at home. The girls really focus on giving you something realistic that you can maintain and afford but that also looks stunning. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON FOR PERSONAL ATTENTION AND SERVICE!!!
