i have utilized this business for the past year, and have found it to be very over priced and my acne actually worsened when i began to use the products. urban skin is suppose to specialize in skin care for people of color, but the owner is not a person of color. i received extractions once, and was left with a huge scar. also, i have never been seen on time with my appointment and always had to wait at least 40 minutes to be seen.
Pros: nice atmosphere,
Cons: very harsh products, overpriced, appointment never begans on time
