What a great company.On superbowl sunday my wife and i left in the morning when we arrived back home there was water coming out of our garage.We called payless water heaters and spoke to a gentleman by the name of josh he helped us turn off the water heater and said he could get a technician out within the hour.That's when brandon showed up what a great technician we started to explain to my wife and I about a noritz tankless water heater.He told us we could have never ending hot water and no more leak like we had today.I wasent sure at first because I did not know alot about tankless but brandon rest assured me the product is fantastic.Brandon proceed to install the tankless and what a great job he did super clean work and no more big bulky water heater in my way.when brandon finished he gave us all the paperwork and showed us exatly how to work the unit.It was the best decision I have made because the heater works flawless.Thank you payless for taking care of my problem on superbowl your company is GREAT.\r
PS they also told my wife and I about the fedral tax credit and the gas company rebate.\r
