Don't waste your time with Payless. I was out of hot water for 6 days. It was one excuse after another waiting on a part. Josh likes to play games. Very, very poor customer service. I learned they could have picked up the part at Lowe's, but refused to do so and wanted the part shipped from the manufacturer. I finally called another plumber to finish the job and learned Payless did more damage to my unit on their first visit. Payless will never be welcome back to my home. Don't waste your time.
