I ordered a water slide for my daughter's birthday and was told I could change my mind up until the slide was on my driveway. The slide was delivered almost 3 hours early. The weather that day was poor and I probably would have changed my mind. The slide was probably dropped off early so I would not be able to cancel. I called the office 3 times and expressed concern regarding the order. I was told 3 separate times during each phone call by the same guy that if I kept it we would work something out regarding my payment. Several days later they state they can do nothing and they ""are sorry"". Not even a $5.00 refund to keep a customer. We entertain alot and order many jumpers for our parties. I have never had such a poor experience. I will never rent from here again for being treated so poorly.
