***6/23/2011 - SOS has now completed warrantied work on the installation of a new softop on my Saab convertible. The warrantied work is acceptable, and I am please that this issue has been resolved.***
Original review: I had these bums replace the top on my Saab convertible -- shoddy work (wrinkled, uneven...repair is falling apart after 7 months), owner/manager is horribly rude, they left my car dirty -- and now, the last straw: when I returned to have them amend their original lousy work under warranty - they just dented my car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I have no idea how they even GOT a business license... and have no idea how they stay in business. A real stain on the good, hardworking Oceanside business community! Cannot stress enough how you should avoid this place at all costs. Have filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive repair. Leaving one star -- but only because this site requires that you leave something. Boooooooooo!!!!!!!!
