Review content:
We booked a house through this agency in January; I sent in a signed lease and my AMEX card numbers for them to charge me for the deposit. The email apparently went into their spam, and when I sent the check for the final payment they told me I had never given a deposit. They sent the lease and I sent another check in. Only the lease they sent was for a DIFFERENT house; which they put us into. It is lovely, but $500 more than the house I rented. They will not give us any refund, won't even give us an apology and say it's my fault b/c I put the number of the wrong house on the check. I would NOT recommend booking through this agency.
