Review content:
We had an ADT alarm system installed by them and it immediately broke down twice. After almost 2 weeks of calling someone came out to repair the system. Two days later it was broken again, and now after a MONTH of repeated calls they refuse to return calls or show up. I am lodging a complaint against them via the ""bettah biz bureau"" (apparently this website doesn't let you use this word?)\r

Apparently they have a call center where they forward emails only to the owner. There is NO other number you can call, and they refuse to give me the owner's information so that I could contact him directly. My company would probably bring a law suit against this business if they thought it was worth it, but this one-man operation probably isn't.
Cons: No customer support; owner refuses to return calls
