Sam was so professional and convenient. The 1st service call was on a Saturday morning, and the other 2 were late at night since I work late. He was so patient with me even though I could not make up my mind about him fixing my dryer or if I was just going to buy another. He was very honest and up front about what parts I needed and how much they would cost. I decided to keep the dryer since it was only a little over a year old and Sam even offered to fix the dryer hose which was a little banged up. He was very clean, dressed nicely, and spoke very well. He did not look like any ""handy man"" I've ever seen! I will make sure to refer these guys to anyone that asks me and I will also use them again. Great experience all around!
