Review content:
I've been a patient at North Raleigh Primary Care for almost 10 years now. They've been with my medical carrier for all that time, so I've never had to switch. They used to be located in a lousy building on Falls of Neuse across from Winston's, but moved sometime around 2000 to a new building on Green Rd. The location is further from my house, but quicker to get to. One other reviewer said something about Dr. turnover, and I'd have to agree that there have been quite a few changes, but the actual Dr's and PA's who have seen me one or twice a year since 98' have been thorough and nice to deal with. I've never had any problem with billing or scheduling. One time they couldn't squeeze me in for an appointment for an irregular heartbeat, so I wound up going to the Emergency Room at RCH which worked for the best anyhow. Any other time I've been able to get an appointment in a day or two as long as I was flexible to the time. Sick walk-ins take longer, but they managed to squeeze me in within an hour or 2. The office itself is pretty plain, but I'm not expecting a spa-like experience when I head to the Dr. anyhow. I'm just switching companies and they have a different provider, but I hope that NRPC is affiliated with the new company so I can maintain this same practice.
Pros: Good Medical staff and Location
Cons: Average wait time & Office staffing
