Everytime I get a manicure I always feel better. Having pretty nails makes me happy. The ladies at Phong Van Nails are nail artists. I have received some of the best manicures at this nail salon. They are creative and are able to make your nails one of a kind. When I am looking to get a great airbrushed design I go there. Not only are they good at what they do they are the sweetest ladies ever, so nice and so professional. The prices are good too.
