WARNING--I will never step foot in Pet Mania again. Laura the manager was extremely rude. Laura is incredibly rude to anyone and everyone that steps foot in Pet Mania. I would never in a million years have this woman working for me. Laura has the worst customer service, someone needs to train her on how to act and treat customers. Laura's attitude is crappy and her appearance is just as bad if not worse.\r

Go to Peggy Woods Pet Emporium at 925 N Hollywood Way in Burbank instead, THEY ARE WAY NICER THERE!
Pros: Nice Location.
Cons: Rude Workers, Overpriced Animals --you can get the same animals at the animal shelter!
