Review content:
I went here to purchase a specific item as a gift. I received no greetings from the receptionist and was ignored for about 10 min. I was finally able to inquire if they carried the item I was looking for. The salesgirl went to ask and was apparently told to have me wait for Elizabeth. The wait was longer than expected and my kids got bored. The staff kept glaring at us every time my kids made noise. After a while, I asked again if they carried the item and was told to wait my turn. I asked a third time since it was a simple ""yes"" or ""no"" question and there was no point in us continuing to wait if they didn't carry it. Elizabeth became very rude and demeaning. When it finally got to our turn, she was extremely arrogant and condescending. She didn't listen to what I was asking and never showed me the items. She made it apparent to everyone in the store that I didn't have enough money to purchase what she had. It was very unprofessional and a horrible experience. I will be making my purchase elsewhere and will never set foot in that store again.
