Last August my family decided to move into Wellington apartments. We were excited because it seemed that the apartments were nice; they had a fireplace, walk in closets, washer and dryer, and most important, they allowed pets. Once we moved in, it seemed like the apartment was not move in ready. There were screens missing, the front door was REALLY dirty, there were holes in all of the walls, the fireplace looked like it had not been cleaned in years and the oven and refrigerator were nasty. It took a couple of days for the maintenance to get anything done in the apartment.
The snow removal was horrible!!!! There is never anywhere to park, and in the winter it is even worse. I cannot stress this enough - THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING!!!!!
When we moved out we deep cleaned the apartment, and when we had our walk through...the lady was a complete b-----h! Told us that we did not clean, laughed at us when we told her that we did clean. They ripped us off. They charged us for flea treatment when our dog did not have fleas...basically they had no intention of giving us our deposit back.
I feel bad for anyone that has to move into that place...the only upside is the closets.
