Ok I read here what the owners have to say!!! WOW you guys dont know what you have do you? when conlin took over they ruined this place and what it was building as a reputation. Ive read the other reviews and They must have been whiners as pre sept 10 the maintenance was very very good. they had a good crew of hard working guys that got the job done. In the winter they were out all day getting it all cleaned. its a big property there would be people that didnt get taken care of in the morning but job was done very well. they also did very good job of getting the maintenance orders done and correct. they for whatever reason changed a lot of the maintenace staff in late summer of 2010 and it was bad choice, the crew now does not do a very good job,they take forever to get the work orders done and the snow removal is a joke. the office staff on the other hand has always been horrible since early 09. they must have lost and changed the office when conlin took over property because they've been a joke every since. they are very rude to you from the leasing agents (that dont know what they are doing) to the manager who seems to have a big attitude and a smart mouth. Ive been in the office and heard her yelling profanity at workers and tenants, I cant believe with all the changes they've made she's still here!!!
The apartments themselves are pretty nice for the money in a great location PARKING IS HORRIBLE the buildings look run down and horrible, so all in all dont move here until they get it back to what it used to be take care of this place and change staff.....or start at top and get rid of the management company that ruined it all get a place somewhere else. wdsm is a great place to live and have many great apt complexes that do a way better job
