Review content:
I chose Dr Julie Martin because I thought she was personable and answered my questions. After going back to her with questions while TTC, I had to ask for certain tests to be done rather than her providing me with options. Almost deterred me from certain testing saying insurance won't pay for it - but mine does. Outside of Dr. Martin, I found the support staff to be extremely non-caring. I had gone to the testing lab on a couple of occassions and in order to get lab results you must leave a message and then wait 72 hours and hope they call you - which in my case, they never did. I got lucky and got a nice nurse who gave me results but for the 2nd round of tests I'm still waiting and got a nurse who told me to continue to wait. I think waiting more than 3 days for important test results is ridiculous.\r

My previous doctor in Dallas, TX (way bigger city) always called me personally with results and to discuss any questions I had. I'm sure Julie Martin is busy but having a baby is a huge experience for a woman and providing information should not be that difficult. \r

I will be switching doctors.
