WOW this was my worst experience with a doctor's office EVER!! First of all I was scheduled to be the first patient of the day because of my busy work/school schedule. I made the appointment two months ahead of time to ensure this. When I arrived early as instructed I was told Dr. Julie Martin isn't in yet she'll be here shortly. The office staff was rude and impersonable and offered no explanation or apology for the delay. Then I waited an additional forty minutes in the exam room with no sign of the doctor. I finally had to leave because at 9:30 the doctor I had scheduled my 8:30 appointment with wasn't even there yet and no one offered an explanation or reason for why the doctor who had 8:30 patients wasn't even in the office an hour late. Absolutely unacceptable. They still offered no explanation or apology. I will never return to any Shawnee Mission facility. I have no desire to meet a doctor who has no respect for her patients time.
