After 7 years of dealing with the staff for my favorite doctor, I have to call it quits. The office staff is so rude. Julie Martin is the best. She takes time with you, lets you know everything that is going on. With such dedication, yes, she does run late but it is worth it feel like a person instead of a number. The staff on the other hand is rude and openly opinionated. I have complained to Julie many times, and I am very sad to say that enough is enough. The billing lady is the rudest. Why on earth would you have someone work for you that yells at your patients?!
