Review content:
I called yesterday and spoke to a women on the phone, I specifically told her that I had a Noritz water heater that needed tp be flushed out with vinegar (reg maintenance, required once a year) She quoted me for $105 for the vinegar flush. She was extremely eager to make the appt for the next day, which was fine with me. However the technician guy comes out and says I need about $800 worth of work done to the tankless heater which only cost $1000 and is about 5 yrs old. I have no problems with the heater currently, but they were now insisting that it was installed incorrectly and needs a valve kit to be installed along with a bunch of other crap that I'm sure is lies. I said No I don't want the work to be done, then they said they couldn't flush out the system because I don't have the valves for it but they were still going to charge me $105 for the service fee of the man to come out. Long story short I argued with them on the phone and said I wouldn't pay anything esp if he didn't do anything and I would take it up with the BBB if I had to. At this time the technician left after we said we wouldn't pay anything, some manager I spoke to tried to tell me I was responsible for the $105 and put me on hold, I hung up[ on him. A couple minutes later the technician came back and said he was authorized to do the vinegar flush for $105 although we didn't have the valves. He did it with the supervision of my husband ( I wouldn't trust him in case...) These people are a total rip off, for every call they get, they try to sell/repair/replace the heater although its is not needed!! And if you don't do the work they recommend they still want to charge you $105 for coming out for nothing, that's how they make their money. They don't tell you that on the phone
