Review content:
We love MAI. It's been so great for the boys (ages 4 and 6) and we can see the improvement in their concentration,focus and discipline. We like it that it helps with both mental and physical strength and training. The boys have learned to set goals (i.e black belt) and that they need to work hard to reach them. Master Justin and all the instructors are absolutely awesome and it's a fantastic school.They really make it fun as well and all the kids love it.
