Review content:
The landlord is very helpful. As toyband wrote, he does a lot of works himself, but he seems to be knowledgeable and experienced in repairing things. He knows what he is doing. Also, it is easy to contact him. When I reported a problem with the furnace one night, he came right away to check and fixed it!! He also replaced the whole window to a new one when I complained about the old screen.
