Bob was impossible to get in contact with, for weeks at a time... then he will call you at some inconvenient hour, leave a message, and even if you call him right back, it will be weeks before you hear from him again. even my letters went ignored until i sent certified mail. 'office'? i don't think so. i've never had a problem with any of my landlords before, so i consider myself a pretty decent tenant. do yourself a favor and get a tenant reference from HIM, see if he can provide one.
