Preferred Properties/Bob were probably my best landlord. At first I thought it could be bad because he does a lot of repairs himself(there seem to be others helping sometimes) but he really seems experienced and knows a lot about houses. i felt secure becasue he appears like he told me, to be the only one with a key. The halls were even cleaned often by a lady and how many landlords do that!
Pros: Good maintenance,clean halls,security
Cons: Snow removal could improve
