Review content:
It needed some updating & the paint had seen better days, but we could stay 3 months until we moved into our house. The dish washer ""worked"" but didn't clean dishes. The faucets starting dripping the 2nd month. We were awoken in the middle of the night by the noises within the apt..Maintenance said it's due to the water softener being out & the apt not fixing it.That isn't mentioning the cat urine smell in the living room.We called&complained w/in the 1st bus.day.They said-not possible. Then, they said prev. tenants must have snuck in a cat&we didn't smell it due to the cold apt at 1st. I repeatedly called for it to be fixed. One day, I pulled up to find the carpet man downstairs &asked him to help.He said that he told the apt to remove the pad&replace it since it had been saturated with urine. He was kind enough to remove it and told them to but more padding to have it replaced. The concrete still needed to be disinfected. We have since moved & it is still to be replaced.Main bed's window wasn't closed completely.Dawn saw upon initial walk-through & said w/be fixed. It was..after ice was on the walls&entire window after a very cold night. To top it all, when we went through the final walk-through, we were told it'd be est.at $186 to completely repaint the apartment due to marks on some of the walls. We didn't even hang up a picture since we knew we 'd be closing on our house w/in 2 months. There were marks on the walls, not from us, though. The lady, Dawn, from the initial walk-through had pointing out, as we did,the marks. She stated that they were typical of an older apt,we wanted to focus on the stains on the carpet&the big places. Naive us. She didn't take us on the final walk-though. I 'm curious if the last tenants with the pee-soaked carpet had to pay for the repainting of the apt.also. I would never suggest anyone renting here, unless there is a diagram of the apt where every single mark can be documented. They are much more thorough the 2nd time around.\r
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Everything other than location
