My parents purchased a TV and have had problems with the speakers since having it delivered. They have called HH Gregg and have been told that there is nothing they can do and that there is no warranty on the TV. At one point a salesman told them it was their fault for purchasing that specific brand even though it was the only one they were shown. They have finally contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer is sending a repair person. My parents feel that they have been taken advantage of and treated poorly. None of my family or friends will shop at any HH Gregg location.
