If you're a football fan and hard-of-hearing, then this is the place for you. Every time I have ever been to Sneakers, the employees have seemed unhappy, unmotivated and unprofessional. This is ironic considering the females are dressed in cheerleading uniforms and the males in sports jerseys. The food is okay. \r \r One experience we had was at the indoor bar. We ordered 2 Patron margaritas, which were smooth and tasty. The second round tasted completely different: the tequila was awful, the sour mix chemical, and the color was completely different than the previous round. The bartender's response to our polite question of ""Were these made with Patron? They look and taste completely different,"" was that not only did she deny it, but she also copped an attitude. She was trying to charge us Patron prices for house tequila and got caught. We didn't drink the 2nd round and they were taken off our bill. But the wings were good that day, at least. \r \r We were there 3 days ago and thankfully were seated at a booth, since the aforementioned bartender was tending her empty bar. The guy who took our drink order clearly dislikes his job and seemed medicated. Our server was decent but I had ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings (a treat,as it's a rarity) and my boyfriend had ordered a French Dip with fries. A long while later another guy brought my cheeseburger and a plate of fish and chips. I told him that wasn't our order. He went from table to table and no one claimed it. A couple of minutes later our server came back with a cheeseburger and handed it to me and said, ""They're working on the French Dip."" I asked, ""Working on it? Is this the same cheeseburger that guy tried giving me a few minutes ago?"" She nodded. I just said, ""Okaaaay..."" \r \r A couple of minutes later, the French Dip arrived. Needless to say, my onioin rings were cold and greasy, my cheeseburger cold, and the bun stale. I ate what I could because I was hungry. \r \r We commented to each other that the only happy person in the entire place was the kid in the parking lot collecting $5.for parking. Our server was nice enough, but clearly she had written down ""Fish and chips"" instead of ""French Dip"" and wasn't going to say so. (We did have fun thinking of all the food possibilites rhyming with ""dip"" that could have ended up at our table, though). The manager was yelling at the servers waiting to pick up their food--well, he appeared to be. The TVs are nightmarishly loud so that's all I heard. \r \r Unless you're a hearing-impaired, endlessly patient and forgiving, die-hard football fan who isn't concerned with taste or temperature, you will not like Sneakers.\r Pros: Um, yeah...the wings are decent... Cons: Loud, Poor, unprofessional service
