My Majestic fireplace would not start up very well. It took a lot of fussing around just to get the pilot to light up. So I gave Old Fort Supply a call, and their service technician came to service my gas log fireplace insert. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and the service fee was a reasonable $85.00. At at least three times in the past four years, either the power went out or the furnace went out, so we used the fireplace for a short time for heat in the winter.
